To make sure your personal contact details aren't out there on the Internet for everyone to see, you must follow the rules below:

• No surnames
• No email addresses, instant messaging ID's or other website usernames (eg: Bebo, MySpace)
• No phone numbers of postal addresses
• No personal website addresses (including things like a MySpace or Bebo page)

To identify yourself use just your first name, and and country

Be respectful to other people

Everyone taking part has a right to express their opinion, ans you should respect that, even if you strongly disagree with the ideas of some people.

Any messages breaking the following rules will not be published:

• No swearing, or obscene or insulting language
• No bigoted, hateful or racially offensive comments
• No abusive, threatening or insulting comments aimed at other users

(As all messages are checked before going live, it can take a short time for your messages to appear on the site)
