How can we bring peace to the planet?

When we look at the world, we see two parts:
Half are destructive and the other have peaceful hearts.
We don't know exactly what causes this division,
But I sure do hope that we will end this omission.
Discrimination, fighting, poverty and crime,
For no cause but to express a rhyme,
Of anger, pity, determination and hate,
That does not come from fate.
It is the obsession to pick on someone who is different,
And to not be friends with them, the love is already bent.
A suggestion or two,
Will I throw at you.
Can we not try to get along?
There once was a time where nothing was wrong.
But that is long gone,
And even though we mourn,
For the day our peace will be found,
Without everyone's help this will never come around.
So if we really want peace, we will have to be tough,
Together we will talk about our differences and shortly it will be enough.
Soon the world that we see in two parts,
Will be beating as one with the most beautiful of hearts.
