3. What are the implications for staffing and staffing structures if deep support for learning is to be achieved?
4. What can you do to design and implement a deep support structure that integrates both the pastoral and curricular domains?
5. How will you ensure that continuing professional development is a core part of achieving deep support for learning?
6. How could you use coaching across your school as a means of growing learner autonomy at every level?
