We are living in an age of information and communication. Preparing our kids for this age, as well as for the age that follows, is a formidable task that requires clear understanding, planning and preparation on the part of the educational system and its stakeholders. This presentation looks into the present day realities, the need for change and how we should go about making this change. This presentation refers to the books and presentations of well-known authors such as Ian Jukes, Ted McCain (Windows on the future) and Thomas Friedman (The world is flat) and research related to teen brains.
